Meet illustrator Wenyi Geng

Detailed illustration isn’t easy. Especially when you factor in subject matter and colour palettes. But, this does not seem to be an issue in the slightest for Wenyi Geng who is a pretty exceptional talent.

Born in China, raised in Japan and now based in New York. Wenyi’s work is very much in Studio Ghibli territory, with a strong base in asian heritage, character, dreamy other worlds and a sprinkle of the supernatural.

We love that each piece of work takes the viewer in a different direction. And clearly is having fun whilst producing it.
